SUBSTANCE: the invention presents a contact device for the mass exchanged installations of the column apparatuses for the liquid - liquid type systems and may be used in petrochemical, chemical and other industries. The contact device for the mass exchanged installations contains some horizontal rows of inclined rectangular plates located at an angle to each other with the slots between edges. At that the slots formed by the plates of an above located row are located opposite to the slots of the row located beneath and a horizontal baffle is placed between them, At that the baffle is made in the form of a flat rectangular plate, a breadth of which is three times as much as a breadth of a slot. The invention allows to intensify process of the mass exchange in the liquid - liquid type systems due to an increase of areas of contact of phases.
