PURPOSE: A structure for combining a fog lamp of a front bumper having a shock absorbing function is provided to absorb external force in the low speed collision of a vehicle by combining a bumper cover and a fog lamp bracket to absorb shock and to prevent the breakage of the fog lamp and the replacement of a bumper caused by the breakage of a boss unit. CONSTITUTION: In a structure for combining a fog lamp bracket(30) housing a fog lamp(100) to a bumper cover(20) of a front bumper of a vehicle, a structure for combining the fog lamp of the front bumper having a shock absorbing function includes a bumper cover flange unit(24) and a fastener member(40). The bumper cover flange unit at which a combining hole(22) is formed is mounted to the end of the bumper cover. The fastener member comprises a head unit(42) including a through-hole; at least one fixing end unit(44) longitudinally extended from the side of the head unit and formed with a hanging sill at the inner end; a spring member(46) arranged on the outer peripheral surface of the fixing end unit; and a pin member(48) housed in the fixing end unit and detachably arranged to the hanging sill. The fixing end units of the fastener member pass through the combining holes by corresponding a combining hole(32) formed at the end of the fog lamp bracket to the combining hole of the bumper cover flange unit. The pin member is disposed to the hanging sill of the fixing end unit and the fog lamp bracket is combined to the bumper cover to absorb shock.
