METHOD FOR ASSEMBLING MAGNETO-RESISTIVE SENSOR

PURPOSE: A method for assembling a magneto-resistive sensor is provided to reduce a manufacturing cost by simply and quickly assembling the magneto-resistive sensor on a PCB(Printed Circuit Board) without a fixing part, and to miniaturize a product by reducing the space occupying the PCB. CONSTITUTION: A holder(3) having a sensor part(3a) facing to an outer surface of a rotor is prepared and a reference fixing boss(6) projected to one side on a lower surface of the holder is inserted into a reference groove(6a) of the PCB(P). A constant gap is controlled by rotating the hold having a fixing part(5a) on one side by using the reference groove as a reference. The fixing part and a lead frame(5) are fixed to the PCB. The fixing part is bent in an L-shaped section in order to easily contact with an upper surface of the PCB.
