PURPOSE: A space portion is formed in rear part of a cavity to inject hot air or cooling water to heat or cool the cavity rapidly. CONSTITUTION: A space portion(10) is formed in a rear part of a cavity. A sealing member(25) is installed to shut the space portion from outside. A plurality of hot wind heater(33) is provided in the sealing member. A blowing device is installed in an air pipe to supply air to the hot wind heater. A plurality of cooling water nozzle(43) is installed in the sealing member to inject cooling water to the space portion. A cooling water pump is installed to a cooling water pipe to supply the cooling water.
