FIELD: medicine, cardiology. SUBSTANCE: one should carry out ECG monitoring, echocardiography, signal-mediated ECG is registered before, during carrying out acute medicinal test with strophanthin and at the background of course therapy with digoxin. At negative dynamics of quantitative values of signal-mediated ECG, appearance of new late potentials, extrasystolia one should predict the risk in development of fatal arythmias.
