PURPOSE: An antibacterial jade steering wheel of a vehicle is provided to protect driver's hand from eczema or prevent driver's hand being scarred when driving for a long time and to improve hygienic state. CONSTITUTION: Antibacterial ingredients and jade ingredients are added to all over the synthetic resin portions of a steering wheel including a rim(11) and a spoke(12) because driver's hand can touch even on the spoke of the steering wheel and a horn operation part(13) for operating a horn, in making the steering wheel. In making the rim of the steering wheel, antibacterial ingredients and jade ingredients are added and the steering wheel is made through injection production.
