Gas spring (1) consists of body (2), guide assembly (7) forming compression chamber (4) with body that contains gas (G) and lubricant (L), and piston (5) with rod (6) that slides in the guide assembly so that the gas exercises return force on it. The guide assembly is without a lubrication chamber or has one of reduced volume, and the piston is designed to disperse lubricant in compression chamber to lubricate rod when piston moves.
