PURPOSE: A plastic tube bending method is provided to bend tube without twisting or distortion, thereby making piping easy and reducing manufacturing cost. CONSTITUTION: A circular maintaining member(20) is inserted into inner side of a tube(10). The tube is installed in a bending jig(30). The circular maintaining member is made of a various shape. A plurality of escaping preventing member is installed in upper part of the bending jig. The tube is heated to a permanent change temperature and cooled. The escaping preventing member is detached, and the tube is detached from the circular maintaining member to complete bending.
