PURPOSE: A liquid crystal device, a method for manufacturing the same and an electronic equipment having the same are provided to have excellent display quality by optimizing a disposed number(disposed density) of spacers. CONSTITUTION: A pair of substrates are countered and disposed over a sealant. A liquid crystal and spacers are encapsulated in a space surrounded by a pair of the substrates and the sealant. The spacers are arranged on all or a part of fixed points between a plurality of the first virtual lines horizontal each other and the second virtual lines horizontal each other, in the state of a single body or an aggregate in a substrate face or in a state in which the single body and the aggregate exist each other. The disposition density of the spacers is 50 to 300 pieces/mm2, and 0.2 to 3 pieces of spacers exist on average in all the fixed points.
