PURPOSE: Dynamic damper-mounting structure of a vehicle is provided to facilitate manufacture and easily mount a dynamic damper without special jigs of various sizes for fixing the dynamic damper to a structure. CONSTITUTION: Dynamic damper-mounting structure of a vehicle comprises a nut(20) inserted and fixed in a fixing groove(11) formed to a panel(10); a bolt(30) inserted in the nut, to fix a dynamic damper; and a spacer(40) combined between the bolt and the nut. The nut forms a fixing piece different in width. The space uses more than one washer. The fixing piece is inserted in the fixing groove and turned at a predetermined angle, to fix the nut in the fixing groove.
