摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out highly accurate writing by suppressing clock jitters or a fluctuation in frequency which occurs during the clock detection of a noncontact sensor. SOLUTION: A vibration extraction processing section 30 extracts a fluctuation clock synchronized with rotation from the clock signal of a noncontact sensor 26 to correct clock jitters. A clock generation section 32 generates the clock signal of a preset optional format frequency based on the clock signal from the vibration extraction processing section 30. A sector correction processing section 34 measures an error caused by a fluctuation in frequency synchronized with rotation with respect to a predetermined writing start position as the clock number of the clock signal of a negative ohmat frequency for each sensor of a disk, and corrects the starting position of the format pattern signal of each sector including a servo frame signal stored in a memory. Each of writing processing sections 36, 38 and 40 reads the corrected format pattern signal of the memory based on the synchronous signal of one rotation of the disk and the format frequency clock signal, and writes it on the disk medium.
