PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multiplexing system ensuring valiable change-over of a processing by reducing errors in writing into a storage device upon failure. SOLUTION: The multiplexing system comprises a control part (operation) 1 for performing processing in a normal condition, a control part (preliminary) 2 for standing by for an abnormal condition, a common storage device 3 connected in common to both control parts for storing taken-over information required for change-over of the control part in polygonal storage regions 34-36 with mirroring operation. The storage regions each have a flag and the control part (operation) 1 stores data into the common storage means by sequentially executing the setting the flag before writing into under-writing, writing operation and the setting of the flag after writing into completed writing in each of the storage regions. The control part (preliminary) 2 whose processing is changed over in the abnormal condition takes over the processing by acquiring taken-over information from one storage region where the flag is set into completed writing, out of the storage regions.
