PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dry imaging material giving images of excellent image quality by heat development without contaminating the heat drum of a heat developing apparatus even when heat development is carried out over a prolonged period of time. SOLUTION: In the dry imaging material having a photosensitive layer containing a silver salt and a reducing agent on at least one face of a support and a protective layer on the photosensitive layer, a compound represented by formula (1) is contained.
