PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner for creating indoor warm heat environment matching a delicate physiological condition of a user who is going to sleep and allowing the user to go to sleep smoothly. SOLUTION: Indoor temperature is raised up to a peak point P1 higher than set temperature Ts1 byΔT1 immediately after starting control of "good-night mode", and then indoor temperature is reduced down to a peak point P2 lower byΔT2.
