PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic spring mount device capable of effectively insulating vibration even to a large load fluctuation without enlarging a magnet. SOLUTION: This magnetic spring mount device for supporting a heavy cargo (engine 6) by the resultant force of a spring force and a magnet force comprises a first member (body case) 3 mounted with a movable first magnet 5; second members (support plate and rod) 7 and 8 arranged to be relatively movable back and forth to the first member through a spring member 10, and mounted with a second magnet 9 in a position corresponding to the first magnet; a drive motor 22 for moving the first magnet of the first member along an axial direction 11; and a control means (CPU) 21 for moving the first magnet of the first member by the drive motor with the heavy cargo (engine 6) being mounted on the second member so that the resultant force of the force of the spring member and the force by the first and second magnets is regularly substantially constant within a prescribed displacement range of the second member.
