PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a strainer built-in repair valve having a function as a three-way valve and a function as a strainer. SOLUTION: A rotary valve element 35 is rotatably arranged inside a valve chest 30 around a shaft center of a valve spindle 41. An inflow opening part 51, an outflow opening part 52 and an auxiliary discharge opening part 53 are provided around the axis of the valve spindle 41 in the valve chest 30, a closing plug part 35a for closing each opening part by rotating around the axis is provided on the rotary valve element 35. An inside channel 37 having a plurality of openings 55, 56, 57 corresponding to each opening part is formed and the strainer 58 detachably provided on the opening 55 of the rotary valve element 35 corresponding to the inflow opening part 51 of the valve chest 30 in a state of all the openings of the rotary valve element corresponding to all the opening parts of the valve chest 30.
