PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a layered resin die for press working with which manufacturing man-hours and the number of components are extremely reduced and a manufacturing method of it. SOLUTION: The layered resin die 35 has a punch die 37 and die mold 36 which are respectively formed from a resin material having physical characteristics required for the press working of a relatively soft metallic sheet and at least either of the punch die 37 and the die mold 36 is composed by attachably/detachably layering a plurality of the partial dies 38-41 respectively having internal shapes 38a, 39a, 40a, 41a corresponding to the plurality of partial shapes of a product mutually attachably and detachably which are obtained by dividing the shape of a product by a plurality of virtual planes.
