PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel which is formed of a front member and a rear member fixed to each other in a simple structure and connectable to each other through simple work, and to provide a fastening member for use in fixing the panel members together. SOLUTION: The panel forming each of doors 2a, 2b, is comprised of the front and rear members 3, 4, a temporary fixing member 7, and the fastening members 8. The front and rear members 3, 4 are connected together such that a free-end of the rear member 4 is fitted to a free-end-side folded portion 35 of the front member 3 and that the front member 3 is slid with respect to the rear member 4. Then the front and rear members 3, 4 are inhibited from separating from each other at least in a width direction of face plate portions 31, 41 of the respective front and rear members 3, 4 and temporarily fixed to each other by the temporary fixing member 7. The fastening members 8 are attached to mounting-side edges of the front and rear members 3, 4 so as to penetrate both the members by using rotating operation, and therefore the front and rear members 3, 4 are inhibited from separating from each other in the width direction and planar direction of both the face plate members 31, 41, by the fastening members 8.
