PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting method with which a migration phenomenon in an electronic unit is hard to be induced in the method for mounting a noise absorber absorbing noise occurring from an electronic part and a circuit board, which are disposed in the electronic unit, on the electronic unit. SOLUTION: When a noise absorbing film F where notch parts 13 and 15 being vent holes 13 and 15 are formed is mounted on a liquid crystal module 1 as the electronic unit, the film is fixed in a position detached from the electronic part 3 and a circuit board 4, and ventilation around the electronic part 3 and the circuit board 4 is secured.
