PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a collecting bag, which can be carried or loaded by a worker without dropping wastes from the mouth of the bag upon collecting it, thus meeting an environmental concern, by physical strength even of a weak person, a senior, or a woman. SOLUTION: The collecting bag is formed in such a way that a worker puts together both mouth edges of a wide-mouth bag, rolls up respective edges twice into bar shapes, inserts the ends of the bar shapes through the holes of circular plates, respectively, to push the ends further diagonally to each other, and finally stops the ends at a ceratin position, where the worker ties the ends together in his or her way.
