HUMAN SLT TRANSGENIC ANIMAL

摘要

It is intended to provide a transgenic nonhuman mammal which is usable as a pathological model animal of diseases such as obesity and enables clarification of the pathological mechanisms of these diseases, discussion on therapeutic methods therefor and screening of a preventive/remedy therefor. More specifically speaking, a nonhuman mammal having an SLT gene transferred thereinto can be constructed.
