The connection device provides soldered connections (4) between the corresponding cable conductors (3) of 2 ribbon cables (1,2), with the heat required for melting the solder provided by the magnetic field of induced eddy currents obtained via an induction coil, e.g. a double induction coil (7), with ferrite concentrators, used for focusing the magnetic field onto the required points, provided by a carrier used for positioning the ribbon cables, or by the induction coil.
