PURPOSE: An in vitro flowering method of rose is provided, thereby flowering rose in a small glass bottle, so that rose can be flowered in a small area. CONSTITUTION: The in vitro flowering method of rose comprises the steps of: (a) culturing joints of branches having lateral buds of rose to obtain shoots of rose in MS(Murashige and Skoog) medium containing 30g/l of sucrose, 5 mg/l of ascorbic acid, 8g/l of agar, 0 to 0.05 mg/l of IBA(indole butyric acid) and 0 to 2.0 mg/l of BAP(benzylaminopurine) at 25 deg. C and 2000 to 3000 lux for 16 hours; (b) culturing the shoots of rose in MS medium for growth, containing 30g/l of sucrose, 5 mg/l of ascorbic acid, 8g/l of agar, 0 to 0.05 mg/l of IBA(indole butyric acid) and 0 to 2.0 mg/l of BAP(benzylaminopurine) at 25 deg. C and 2000 to 3000 lux for 16 hours; and (c) transferring the cultured shoots into MS medium for rooting, containing 30g/l of sucrose, 5 mg/l of ascorbic acid, 8g/l of agar, 0 to 2.0 mg/l of IBA(indole butyric acid) and 0 to 1.0 mg/l of BAP(benzylaminopurine) and culturing them at 25 deg. C and 2000 to 3000 lux for 16 hours.
