<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric wire fixing implement for a heat insulating material which can separately support low-voltage indoor wiring and a weak current wire in a suitable state for relative regulations by one electric wire fixing implement, which facilitates the fixing of a cable for a power source or a cable for a telephone, a TV, or a LAN, which accommodates to the change of the size or the number of the cable, and which can suppress to a minimum limit damage to a wall surface remaining after the removal of the implement. <P>SOLUTION: The fixing implement 1 for inserting and fixing by a soft heat insulator P is provided. A plate-like supporter 2 fixed to the surface of the insulator P by the implement 1 is provided. A binding implement 3 for coupling the cable Q for wiring to the supporter 2 is provided at the supporter 2. The implement 1 is mounted at the center of the supporter 2, and the implements 3 are disposed at an equal interval at both sides of the supporter 2.
