<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy and clean method for reducing thin-film particles each having a framework comprising carbon which are obtained by oxidizing graphite and dispersible in a liquid having ≥15 dielectric constant. <P>SOLUTION: The thin-film particles are reduced by irradiating with light. By reducing the particles with the light, reduction can be performed without increasing an excess process of removing a reducing agent, or the like. Moreover, position-selective reduction can be performed for a thin film layer comprising the thin-film particles and a dispersion liquid of the thin-film particles can be reduced while keeping a high dispersion state of the thin-film particles. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
