<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foot warming bath apparatus for stimulating feet of a human body using vibration and magnetic field lines. <P>SOLUTION: A vessel 3 having an opening 1 on its upper face is filled with water 2 of a predetermined temperature. A plurality of individuals 4 each containing a permanent magnet piece 4c are placed within the vessel and the feet 5 of the human body are put on the individuals. An AC electromagnet 8 having an iron core 7 being wound by a coil 6 is installed within the vessel 3. When the coil 6 is excited by alternating current, the coil generates AC magnetic field lines, vibrates the individuals 4 and stimulates the feet 5 that are in contact with the individuals.
