<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To collect reaction information from the side of an organizer over the Internet for information publication by analog media such as a newspaper, and to allow proper operations of administration, enterprises, etc. by enabling effective communication on the Internet. <P>SOLUTION: The information on the organizer side is provided through analog media such as a newspaper, a magazine, television and radio broadcasting, or digital media such as an electronic bulletin board of the Internet, and information such as opinions, information and questions of members reacted to the information is electronically collected over the Internet by the organizer side. A unique identification code is individually added to every piece of the organizer-side information by the media. Each member can access to an organizer-side computer system, and the reaction information transmitted from the members by adding the unique identification codes can be accumulated.
