摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic circuit device capable of attenuating electromagnetic waves associated with propagation of a signal. <P>SOLUTION: The electronic circuit device comprises a transparent substrate, on which substrate an optical sensor and an optical shutter are formed. An electronic circuit comprises a TFT which has a structure where a plurality of TFT layers are laminated. An optical sensor disposed on the transparent substrate is directly irradiated with an optical signal, or the optical signal penetrates the transparent substrate and is inputted into the optical sensor on the substrate. The optical sensor converts the optical signal to an electric signal to operate the circuit on the substrate. An output from the circuit controls the optical shutter on which optical shutter light is incident from the outside, and the passage and interruption of the light are determined to extract the signal.
