<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To instantaneously extract a certain amount of powder object with one hand. <P>SOLUTION: A powder object meter comprises a vane moving, in response to subjection to gravity inside a pouring piece 2, a vessel 1 is inclined downward, when the powder substance 8 is taken out. The powder substance 8 flowing down through the powder outlet 3 hits the vane 4 in the pouring piece 2 and one side of the vane receiving the gravity lowers and the other side rises. When a certain amount of powder substance 8 is stored in the space and the vessel 1 is kept parallel to the ground, the gravity moves, the vane 4 reverses itself, and the powder substance 8 having reached certain amount is extruded out of the pouring piece 2 in the constitution. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
