<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a delivery management system and a delivery managing method capable of efficiently acceptance-inspecting and delivering commodities by verifying the number of commodities in a package box obtained by detecting a RFI tag inside the package box without unpacking. <P>SOLUTION: Delivery is confirmed by reading a SCM label attached to the package box and the RFI tag inside the package box with a scanner 5, and a delivery processing unit 19 confirms whether the number of the commodities read from the SCM label coincides with the number of the detected RFI tag or not, and confirms whether a data read out from the SCM label and the RFI tag matches with a delivery specification or not. When the number of the commodities read from the SCM label and the number of the detected RFI tag are different from each other and when the data read from the SCM label and the RFI tag and the delivery specification do no match, the generation of error is informed to a worker. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
