<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voice response service using words used in localities without the need for much costs. <P>SOLUTION: The voice response device 30 for recognizing voice information transmitted from phone terminals 10-1 to 10-n via a communication line 20 and transmitting voice information with respect to the recognized voice information to the phone terminals 10-1 to 10-n via the communication line 20, transmits the voice information with respect to the voice information transmitted from the phone terminals 10-1 to 10-n to the phone terminals 10-1 to 10-n as voice information in a language corresponding to a toll station number of the phone terminals 10-1 to 10-n. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
