PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive film for sealing a lithium battery metal terminal part for preventing short circuit of a barrier layer formed of a metal foil of a packaging body of a lithium battery and a metal terminal projected from a lithium battery main body, and sealing in a stable state. SOLUTION: The adhesive film for sealing the lithium battery metal terminal part is interposed between metal terminals and an inner layer of a peripheral thermally adhered part of the packaging body, which seals the metal terminals respectively connected with the positive electrode and negative electrode at the peripheral thermally adhered part by sandwiching in an outwardly projected state and is provided with at least polyolefin resin having a thermal adhesive property and a barrier layer formed of a metal foil formed on the inner layer. The adhesive film 1 for sealing the lithium battery metal terminal part includes polyolefin layers 4 on both surfaces of a biaxially oriented polyethylene naphthalate film 2, and one of the polyolefin layers is an acid-modified polyolefin layer.
