PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonwoven fabric uniform and sanitarily excellent, by making the fabric contain a waste liquid of coffee extraction residues of roasted coffee beans or a dried product of a waste liquid of tea extraction residues, and to provide a sanitary sheet sanitarily excellent, by utilizing the waste liquid of the coffee extraction residues of the roasted coffee beans to be disposed of or a coffee extraction residual material containing the waste liquid of the coffee extraction residues, and further by utilizing a waste liquid of tea extraction residues to be similarly disposed of or used tea leaves. SOLUTION: This nonwoven fabric contains a dried product of the waste liquid of the coffee extraction residues of the roasted coffee beans or another dried product of an exudate from the coffee extraction residual material containing the waste liquid of the coffee extraction residues, and further contains a third dried product of the waste liquid of the tea extraction residues or the other dried product of another exudate from the used tea leaves containing the waste liquid of the tea extraction residues. The nonwoven fabric is used for sanitary supplies, such as a bedding auxiliary sheet, paper diaper, paper diaper for an animal, sanitary napkin, sanitary napkin for the animal, breast pad, sweat-absorbent pad, incontinence pad, and sheet for the animal.
