摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-cupping resin letterpress printing plate for printing an orientation film in a liquid crystal display section. SOLUTION: The resin letterpress printing plate body 1 and a base film layer 2 are joined together to obtain a laminate. A pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 3 is applied on a flat surface of a metal sheet or a synthetic resin sheet 4 so as to obtain a uniform thickness. The metal sheet or the synthetic resin sheet 4 is stuck on the rear of the laminate (the rear of the base film 2) with the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 3. The resin letterpress body 1 is formed generally by curing a photocurable liquid resin. The air present in the rear of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 3 and the laminate remains shrunk by heat shrinkage. A sheet having a rigidity larger than the resin letterpress body 1, the base film layer 2 or the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 3, is preferably adopted as the metal sheet or the synthetic resin sheet 4. A process of laminating, pressing and/or sticking the laminate on the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 3 is preferably conducted in a heated atmosphere. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
