PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hard coat film excellent in adhesiveness between a hard coat layer and a substrate film, regardless of a combination of a hard coat layer resin and the substrate film or despite a metal particulate contained in the hard coat layer. SOLUTION: A layer comprising an organic silicon compound and the hard coat layer comprising a resin and a metal oxide particulate are laminated in this sequence to a surface on one side of a resin film. The content of the metal particulate is 30 to 100 wt. %, and the organic silicon compound is an alkoxy silane compound of general formula Si(OR)<SB>4</SB>or A-Si(OR)<SB>3</SB>, wherein R is an alkyl group of C<SB>5</SB>or lower, A is an organic functional group.
