PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely duplicate a business form set of a duplicate business form set booklet in units of set, and to allow a non-carbon middle paper or lower paper even if bound to be checked for a proof mark. SOLUTION: The index part 21 of the non-carbon upper paper 11 and the index part 23 of the non-carbon lower paper 13 which constitute the duplicate business form set 10 are directly bound together at a binding portion 22, not via the non-carbon middle paper 12. The duplicate business form sets 20, 30 produced in the same way are laminated together so that index parts 40, 50, 60 are not superposed under the duplicate business form set 10.
