PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a glove box, improved in work efficiency by controlling the inside air pressure of a glove operated in the glove box held at negative pressure. SOLUTION: This glove box includes a container for forming a closed working space S1 and the glove 3 airtightly fitted to the container for work in the working space S1. The working space S1 is controlled to negative pressure to the atmospheric pressure, and the glove 3 is provided with a pressure regulating means 32 for regulating the inside air pressure of the glove 3 to the working space S1.
