PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas-liquid distribution structure which can distribute liquid uniformly not only from the upper part of a core but also in the middle of the core. SOLUTION: (1) In a gas-liquid contact structure, a liquid channel and a gas discharge channel are installed adjacently, and the liquid channel is a liquid distribution channel in which the liquid introduced into the liquid channel is distributed uniformly in the channel. (2) In the gas-liquid contact structure, the upper part of the liquid distribution channel is made of a liquid downflow part, and the lower part is made of a liquid distribution part. (3) In the gas-liquid contact structure, the liquid distribution part of the liquid distribution channel is made of branch channels installed in parallel in a liquid storage part and below it. (4) In the gas-liquid contact structure, fins are formed in the gas discharge channel and/or the liquid distribution channel. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
