PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide toilet equipment which can prevent unexpected flushing in a toilet bowl during cleaning of the toilet bowl body, or useless repeated flushing responding to cleaning actions, because the automatic cleaning is not performed for a predetermined time after a seat support element is lowered. SOLUTION: The toilet equipment is structured with a lock and unlock unit 13 and warm water washing nozzles 10, 11 installed to a front base plate 3a of a toilet seat support member 2 to which a toilet seat 3e and a toilet cover 3f are attached so that they can turn in the falling direction. Further, a float unit 20 and a valve unit 24 for flushing are provided at a rear base plate 4a. And automatic flushing and manual cleaning are suspended when the seat support member 2 is lifted. Also, the automatic flushing is suspended furthermore during a predetermined time t even after the seat support member 2 is lowered, and only manual cleaning is possible in the meantime.
