PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance transfer efficiency of display data and to facilitate address management. SOLUTION: The display data supplied from an MCU (micro controller unit) 2 via a data bus 4 is written in an RAM 10 included in a liquid crystal driving gear 1 based on column addresses to be generated by an X address generation circuit 11 by allocating one X address to display data for one pixel and allocating column addresses to each of pieces of the display data divided into blocks.
