PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a solid cosmetic excellent in skin affinity, touch feeling, water/sweat-proof property and sebum resistance, exhibiting a good make up durability, and also excellent in preparation stability. SOLUTION: This solid cosmetic contains components of the following (1)-(6). The component (1) consists of≥1 kind of a vaporizable solvent selected from a vaporizable silicone, vaporizable hydrocarbon oil and a lower alcohol having≤260°C boiling point under 1 atm. The component (2) is≥1 kind of a polyol selected from a polyhydric alcohol and saccharide. The component (3) is≥1 kind of a lipophilic surfactant selected from a sorbitan fatty acid ester, polyglycerol fatty acid ester, sucrose fatty acid ester and polysaccharide alkyl ether. The component (4) is a solid state oil agent at 25°C. The component (5) is (a) inorganic pigment without being performed with a water-repelling treatment and (b) water repellent pigment.
