PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent carrying-out and theft of a stationery safe by substantially nullifying a stolen cash voucher itself to cope with organized, expedited and mechanized theft, in addition to a conventional protective device. SOLUTION: Carrying-out or theft of the stationary safe is prevented by substantially nullifying the cash voucher by dropping staining fluid on a cash voucher to stain and damage it when extraordinary tilt or oscillation of the safe is detected.
