PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic device, an electrophotographic sensitive body and a process cartridge which does not cause an image defect due to the abnormality of an electrophotographic sensitive body such as toner fusion and filming and has a satisfactory electrophotographic characteristic even in the repeated use thereof. SOLUTION: The image forming device is provided with the electrophotographic sensitive body, a toner image forming means which forms an image with toner on the electrophotographic sensitive body, an intermediate transfer body which is brought into contact with the electrophotographic sensitive body and moves, a means for primarily transferring a toner image formed on the electrophotographic sensitive body to an intermediate transfer body on the first transfer position of the intermediate transfer body and a transfer means for secondarily transferring the toner image transferred on the intermediate transfer body to transfer material on the second transfer position of the intermediate transfer body.
