CONNECTOR DEVICE FOR CARD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector device for a card by which a card member discharged from a card mounting section is positively prevented from jumping and the card member is drawn without damage by reducing concentrated weight applied to the recess of the card member in discharging the card member.

SOLUTION: The connector device for the card comprises: a housing 2 forming the card mounting section 10 enabled to mount the card member 12 forming a plurality of contact sections 12e on one surface in the interior of the housing; a plurality of terminal members 4 arranged in the card mounting section 10 enabled to come into contact with the plurality of contact section 12e of the card member 12; and a discharge mechanism consisting of a slide member 6 enabled to discharge the card member 12 mounted in the card mounting section 10 and a cam groove 8. An elastic pressing section 3 enabled to come into elastic contact with the card member 12 at its lower surface is formed on the housing 2 at its bottom wall 2a being a portion forming the card mounting section 10.
