<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To evaluate usual life activity of the human being while uniting elements of a moving pattern by traffic engineering and an energy balance by nutrition. <P>SOLUTION: A processing part retrieves food name information and volume information on an objective date based on the set objective data (S1, S2). The processing part calculates intake energy by a meal on the objective date (S3). The processing part reads out an activity pattern data from a storage part, as to the present activity on the date (S4), and calculates consumed energy (S9-S11). The processing part calculates the energy balance based on the intake energy and the consumed energy. When the energy balance is plus, the processing part calculates an alternative activity pattern for bringing the energy balance to zero or less, taking an action schedule data planned to be executed on the date, and fixability and selectivity of an activity time and an activity place into account (S14).
