PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an oscillation circuit, which is adaptive to clock frequencies over a wide range by varying a voltage within a fixed rangeand which has small jitters and is made small-sized and low-cost, comprising electronic equipment using the same. SOLUTION: Provided are a SAW resonator which resonates at a specified resonance frequency, a voltage-controlled phase shifting circuit which outputs an output signal by shifting the phase of an input signal by a specified quantity with an external control voltage and is composed of a circuit element, an inductance element which adjusts a variation range of a specified phase shift quantity, and an amplifier which inputs the resonance frequency from the SAW resonator and amplifies and outputs it. A positive feedback oscillation loop is formed of the SAW resonator, voltage-controlled phase shifting circuit, inductance element, and amplifier and the SAW resonator is connected in series with the inductance element through the circuit element constituting the voltage-controlled phase shifting circuit.
