PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synchromesh for a manual transmission capable of improving a shifting feeling of a driver by preventing impact of a sleeve and a clutch gear during coupling of the sleeve and the clutch gear. SOLUTION: The synchromesh for a manual transmission is characterized by that it is composed by including a lever provided on a synchronizer ring so as to integrally rotate with the synchronizer ring and radially moved by axial movement of the sleeve, and an alignment spline formed between the lever and the clutch gear so that it is coupled and separated by radial movement of the lever.
