PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve user convenience by preventing the malicious or erroneous setting of system data. SOLUTION: A gateway card comprises an input/output interface part 513 to be detachably inserted to an insertion portion of a personal computer part 520 to which management authority is granted, a non-volatile memory 516 for storing management terminal certification data (product name data and serial number data) for certifying the personal computer part 520, and a system data setting part 515 for receiving a system data setting request for the gateway card 510 and acquiring terminal certification data from a terminal as a setting request source. The system data setting part 515 accepts the setting of the system data only when the management terminal certification data corresponds to the terminal certification data as a result of collation.
