PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sample preparing device minimizing the contamination of a pipette by a sample. SOLUTION: This sample preparing device comprises the long pipette hollow from its tip end to basic end, a pressure supplying part for applying the pressure to a basic end of the pipette, a pipette driving part for moving the pipette, and a control part for controlling the pressure supplying part and the pipette driving part, the pipette comprises a suction port, a sample accommodating part and a reagent accommodating part successively formed from its tip end to basic end, and the control part allows the pipette to suck the reagent from a reagent vessel to the reagent accommodating part, to suck the sample from a sample vessel to the sample accommodating part, and to discharge the sample and the reagent into a mixing vessel.
