PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a problem solving support system for providing, for a user, new problem solving corresponding to an added function when the function of an electronic apparatus of an operation object is added or a type of the electronic apparatus is added. SOLUTION: This problem solving support system supports problem solving based on an input word inputted by a user when the user uses the electronic apparatus. The system is provided with: an execution program for realizing the new functions provided for a new electronic apparatus 200 to be remotely operated by an execution processing part 40; and an update control part 204 for respectively obtaining index word character strings for identifying the new functions, and element words related to the index word character strings from the outside to match the index word character strings with the element words, for storing the obtained execution program in an execution program group storage file 10, and for storing the obtained element words in the dictionary database 12.
